Nelson Mills, managing partner, has more than 30 years of experience in real estate investment and financial services. From 2010 – 2022, Mr. Mills served as President and CEO of Columbia Property Trust, a publicly traded commercial property company until its sale to a private buyer.
Prior to Columbia, he served as President and COO of WRA, LLC, managing a series of real estate investment funds for both institutional and individual investors. He was responsible for investment and financial strategy and oversaw the design, formation, investments, and operations of several substantial funds across multiple asset classes. Previously, Mr. Mills served as CFO with Lend Lease REI (US), Inc., one of the world’s largest institutional real estate investment managers. He began his career as partner with KPMG LLP, specializing in tax and transaction advisory services for the real estate industry. He received a BS degree in Business Administration from the Univ. of Tennessee and MBA from the Univ. of Georgia.
Amy Tabb, partner, is an operational leader with a focus on driving value for Mulberry 5’s partners. She served as EVP of Business Development and Innovation for Columbia Property Trust from 2013-2023, with primary responsibility for developing and executing innovation strategies across all aspects of the company. She served on Columbia’s Investment Committee and oversaw the company’s corporate operations, including Risk Management, Information Technology, Marketing and Communications, ESG, and DEI policies and initiatives.
Prior to joining Columbia Property Trust in 2013, Ms. Tabb founded and served as the president of Sara Charles LLC, providing financial and risk management advisory services for several public companies. She received a BS and a MS degree in Mechanical Engineering from Georgia Institute of Technology.
